🕛 Canon 6D Mark Ii Focus Issues
The EOS RP is powered by the new Digic 8 processor, but its 26.2MP sensor is almost exactly the same as the one inside the EOS 6D Mark II. It has been optimised to work with a mirrorless system and to accommodate the difference in the flange back distance of the RF mount, but essentially it’s the same sensor.
Mar 22, 2022. I am new to the R6 and running firmware 1.5.0. Occasionally when the camera can not achieve focus easily, i.e. low contrast, it starts hunting, but VERY quickly. It seems to pulse back and forth like crazy. This has happened to me on different Canon RF lenses such as the 24-70 2.8, 24-105 4.0, 70-200 2.8.

That's horrible! At some point Canon is going to have to acknowledge this issue and do something about it. Or, they will run the risk of receiving
I am having that exact same focusing issue. I am also having issues with my photos looking fuzzy. I purchased my 6D Mark II at B&H in New York City. I am very disappointed in Canon and wish they would issue a recall on this model.

Since doing that when trying to use the base canon efm 15-45mm lense it will only focus on objects directly in
On thin adapters that allow infinity focus, there are definitely M42 lenses that the mirror of the 5DMkII hits. If the 5DMkIII and 6D have the same spec that the 5DMkII has, which is very likely, those lenses will be an issue if not modified.
jrhoffman75. Legend. Options. 12-30-2018 09:28 PM. To have true back button focusing you need to get into custom functions and change the shutter button option to disable focusing via shutter button. Note: EOS Webcam Utility is currently in beta and Canon is working on bringing support for more Canon EOS camera models as the software continues to develop. If your camera supports the ‘EOS Utility’ software by Canon, it’ll most likely get support for ‘EOS Webcam Utility’ as well. Download EOS Webcam Utility

Apologies for repeating some issues that have been discussed on some threads, but I haven't found anything relevant to my problem. Just purchased a Canon 1.8 50mm mark 2 to replace my old mark 1 for my Canon 450D. Turning on the camera, the camera bleeps constantly when I press the shutter, but doesnt focus and doesnt shoot.
